By listing here on CarzSold.com all members agree to these terms. Our listing terms for your vehicle are simple.
1. For one dollar ($1.00) Sellers list their cars, trucks or other vehicles, with a clean(non salvage or rebuilt) clear title, for 60 days.
2. All listings come with a Money Back Guarantee for the Buyers. Once the Buyer purchases the vehicle he or she has 7 days(longer if agreed to by buyer and seller) to come look at and pick up the car/other vehicle. If for any reason they are not satisfied, the Seller will refund the deposit or any monies paid. If the unit is shipped, the Buyer has 7 days after receiving the unit to notify the Seller if they choose to return it. The auto and proper paperwork must be returned in like condition to the Seller. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Unless noted differently on the listing.
3. Only CLEAN TITLE cars are for sale here, any vehicle with a salvage title will be blocked from listings.
4. Note when relisting vehicles they automatically go into your "scheduled" account, and are not live until the $1.00 fee is paid

Buyers, please note that warranties may be offered by Sellers. Please check/contact the listing member if in doubt.
Sellers, please note that we strongly recommend using the "Buy it Now" and/or "Make Offer" (Fixed Price) feature as your car or truck shop or car lot will be "open for business" 24 hours/7 days per week, including holidays. Vehicle customers can purchase an automobile any time, leaving you more free time!
Sellers, To receive PayPal deposit on listings:
Sign in > Click My Account > Account Settings > On the far left of the page is Summary > Scroll to bottom of page > Click payment > Enter PayPal information. You are now good to go.
